National Anti -corruption Summit holds in Abuja

Nigerians have been urged to imbibe the culture of discipline as a measure to fight corruption in the country. The President of an NGO, Life International Foundation, Dr. Olu Wilson, made the call in Abuja at a National Anti -corruption Summit.
Dr. Wilson said the essence of the summit was to ensure citizens overcome depression inspite of the several corruption cases in courts. The Governor of Bauchi State, Mohammed Abubakar, represented by the Head of Service in the state, Mr. Liman Bello, said anti-corruption campaign should begin from the home. A former Special Adviser on Ethics and Values to the President, Mrs. Sarah Jubril, said citizens should collaborate with relevant agencies to right the wrongs in the country. Radio Nigeria Correspondent reports that participants stressed the need for religious leaders to enjoin their followers not to compromise in fighting corruption.
