Federal Ministry of Special Duties planned to hold a one-day Stakeholders’ Interactive Forum yesterday.

The Federal Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs has concluded plans to hold a one-day Stakeholders’ Interactive Forum on the Implementation of 2015 Zonal Intervention, Constituency and Federal Executive Council Approved Projects on Tuesday, 3rd November, 2015 in Abuja. The Forum is expected to bring together Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Federal Government of Nigeria, and others involved in Constituency and Zonal Intervention Projects. It should be noted that Federal Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs was established in 2013 and mandated among other things to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Zonal Intervention and Constituency Projects spread across Nigeria and handled by several Ministries, Departments and Agencies. The Forum is being organized to discuss the Status Report on Implementation of the 2014 Zonal Intervention/ Constituency and Federal Executive Council Approved Projects; interact with Stakeholders on critical issues emanating from previous Monitoring Exercises and roles expected from Ministries, Departments and Agencies, in actualizing the successful implementation of 2015 Constituency Projects and; discuss an updated template for 2015 Monitoring of Constituency and Federal Executive Council Approved Projects.
