Deeper Life Church holds crusade for Nigeria’s progress


Deeper Life Bible Church on Sunday said it would host a one – day‎ interdenominational crusade to pray for the progress of the country.


The Overseer of the church in FCT, Joshua Esho, who made this known, at a press conference ‎in Abuja, said the country was facing numerous challenges which require spiritual solution. ”It is no longer news that our nation is faced with challenges, economically, politically, spiritually and otherwise. ”Our country needs the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ now than ever before for a rebirth and total renewal.

”We want this glorious gospel light to shine in every nooks and crannies of Nigeria,” he said Esho said the crusade, which will hold on Sunday, June 26 at the Abuja National Stadium, will be anchored by the General Superintendent of ‎the church, Pastor William Kumuyi.

He said the stadium will be opened to all residents of Abuja and its environs, saying that the glory of God would be present to meet the needs and desires of all that will attend‎. Speaking on the ongoing religious misunderstanding in Osun, Esho said the church was praying for a peaceful resolution and reconciliation.
