The Head of Service Abia State, Dr Vivian Uma has urged Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria to expedite action towards ensuring that workers in the state benefited from its home renovation loan. Dr Uma made this known while speaking with newsmen in Umuahia.
He reaffirmed government's commitment to partner well-meaning organizations and individuals in embarking on projects geared towards improving the living conditions of workers in the state. Dr Uma admonished workers to always exhibit high level of responsibility and commitment in the discharge of their duties. While describing civil servants as the engine room of the state work force, the Head of Service noted that the administration of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu would continue to prioritize the welfare of its workers.
