HDFA: Nollywood Actors, Directors To Feature In 2016 Script 2 Screen Training

High Definition Film Academy is all set for its acting and filmmaking classes for 2016 which promises to feature some of the best Nollywood professionals as acting and directing coaches as well as it’s three fold event which features a movie premier, the Script 2 Screen programme and its 5th anniversary .
The HDFA, owned by Bright Wonder Obasi is a school which has honed natural talent and skills of budding actors and filmmakers as well as taught many how to imitate real life in the art form that is acting. The classes for this year are set to begin on the 30th July – 27th August culminating in the anniversary celebrations. The training will feature actors like Nse Ikpe-Etim, Kalu Ikeagwu, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Tope Tedela, Daniel K Daniel, veteran director and producer Teco Benson and of course, writer and Director, Ishaya Bako. HDFA prides itself on giving “qualitative and high end Acting and Filmmaking training”.

They’ve been having their Script 2 Screen workshop every summer since 2012. At the end of the training you walk away with a showreel, a certificate and short film project credit, a possible award, mentorship from industry professionals and much more. Currently in its 5th edition, the training is packaged in such a way that you get to be part of student’s short film productions within a space of 4-weeks. The design being; Training, Short Film Shoot and Awards given to outstanding students after the training.
